Return & Exchange Policy

At KSACOSE, each item is made to order, so we do not accept returns for refunds. However, we want you to be confident in your purchase:

• Size Exchanges: If your item doesn’t fit, we offer one free size exchange within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

• Defective/Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing issue, contact us within 7 days for a replacement.

• Final Sale Items: Discounted or limited-release items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
